Due to the high levels of vandalism present in the area, 0.5mm Boldroll ridge to eaves tile effect roofing sheets were used. Though lightweight, they offer improved structural integrity over traditional materials, making them a popular choice in areas such as this.

Impact damage from rocks thrown would have caused concrete tiles to shatter, subsequent attempts to vandalise this property (top image) have failed.
