NEW - Britmet / Ashjack CPD Seminar - Flat to Pitched Roof Conversions

As a member of the RIBA CPD providers network, I write to introduce the latest addition to our range of CPD seminars - An Introduction to Flat to Pitched Roof Conversions.

This 45 minute CPD seminar is jointly presented with a flat to pitched framework manufacturer and covers everything from the different applications where flat to pitched conversions are undertaken such as schools, hospitals and housing, to installation, design considerations and the necessary building standards to comply with. Besides this, the seminar shows relevant case studies and details of the technical support services available such as NBS writing and CAD drawings.

The venue and time can be flexible to suit you, and as with all of our CPD seminars, we are happy to provide lunch, if required.

Should you require any additional information then please telephone Darren on 01295 250998 / 0793184490 or complete our CPD Seminar Request Form

Bentley New Village Primary School Doncaster

Due to continually mounting maintenance costs as a result of vandalism and aging of the original rosemary tile roof, the decision was made by Doncaster MBC and the school board, that a replacement roof covering was required to enable the school to provide its pupils with a dry, comfortable and secure environment.

After approaching many suppliers to find a match for the existing rosemary tile covering, the Plain tile panel system from Britmet Tileform Ltd was chosen as the best roofing solution for the project.

This was due to its unique profile, virtually maintenance free life cycle, its resistance to vandal attacks, and its 40 year guarantee against any weather penetration.

The first phase of the roof replacement started in July and was completed before the end of the school holidays, to prevent any disruption to the school curriculum, which was only possible due to the speed of installation of the Britmet Tileform Ltd panel system.
